The Frog Tax is a US-based firm specialized in tax preparation and filing. Their value proposition is serving Spanish-speaking clients with bilingual service year-round — not only during tax season — and simplifying complex procedures like ITIN applications and renewals.
The challenge
Their previous site didn't communicate the bilingual value proposition clearly nor the year-round availability. To capture the Spanish-speaking public in the United States, they needed a professional digital presence that generated immediate trust, explained services without unnecessary jargon, and let the client begin the process from the site itself.
The solution
We designed and developed a bilingual corporate website focused on conversion: clear service structure, consultation forms and free refund estimation, appointment scheduling, and online document upload to start the filing process.
The visual and content narrative was built to deliver one central message: "we're here all year, not just in April."
