¿Necesito datos propios para implementar un agente de IA?

Depende del tipo de agente. Para agentes basados en RAG (que responden preguntas sobre tu negocio), necesitas una base de conocimiento: documentación, manuales, FAQs, políticas, catálogos de productos. No necesita estar perfectamente organizada — podemos procesarla. Para agentes de workflow que ejecutan tareas en tus sistemas, lo que necesitas es acceso a los sistemas (APIs, bases de datos) más que datos de entrenamiento. En ambos casos, podemos empezar con lo que tienes y mejorar iterativamente.

Sí, siempre que se implemente correctamente. Implementamos permisos granulares (el agente solo accede a lo que tú autorizas), human-in-the-loop para decisiones críticas (aprobación humana antes de acciones irreversibles), audit trail completo (cada acción queda registrada), y encriptación de datos en tránsito y reposo. Además, el agente opera bajo reglas estrictas: no puede hacer nada que no esté explícitamente autorizado. Cumplimos con la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales peruana.
